We are pleased to inform you that no matter how many items you order from us, Tokystone offers FREE GLOBAL SHIPPING SERVICE (Does not include tariff, an additional shipping cost for remote areas). 
Customers are responsible to confirm their own country's customs regulations. We are not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order/package.

Delivery Time
Once we receive your order, it will take 1-2 days to custom and prepare for shipping. According to different national customs regulations, the product may be sent to the nearest post offices. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

Return & Exchange
Jewelry purchased from the Tokystone Store can be returned and exchange within 7 days (within 7 days of receiving the package) If you would like to exchange or return the product, please make sure the items are unused. After 7 days, we do not accept any refund application. Please verify all of your shipping information and read the terms & condition carefully when placing your order. We do not accept any exchange or refund for any artificial damage
In order to be a valid return, the product must be returned in its original package and accompanied by its original invoice. The product must be returned in new condition, should not have been used,worn or damaged.
